    This farm is located on State Route 613, one-half mile east of St. Rt. 108, south of Miller City, Ohio. containing 58.347 acres+/- and situated in Section 25, Palmer Twp. Putnam County, Ohio. Being the all the land south of the creek of Parcel #33-011190.0000. This parcel has been recently surveyed to obtain the exact and accurate acreage.

     This farm is in a high state of fertility and it consists of Paulding, Toledo and Roselms soils.
The CRP acreage that is located on this farm expired on September 30, 2025. It is no longer in the CRP. The tillable acres has been estimated to be approximately 53.7959 acres according to the Putnam County Auditor.  

        REAL ESTATE TAXES:  The Real Estate half taxes are estimated to be $499.19 for the 2026 tax payments which is for the 2025 tax year. The proration to be based on this amount.
